Please note: We will be following Health & Safety measures as directed by our Chief Public Health Officer. All returned merchandise will be isolated for 3 days and steamed before returning to the floor.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon its arrival, return for replacement within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. Sale items & earrings are final sale. If you require assistance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items that are damaged in transit are not our responsibility but we can assist in your claim with the shipper.
We recommend retaining all packing material until you're completely satisfied with your purchase, doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
